4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Organizers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date event information, including:

• Ticket pricing and availability
• Terms and conditions specific to their event
• Age restrictions or special requirements

6.2 Event Delivery

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• Delivering events as advertised
• Providing adequate facilities and services
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Managing attendee relationships and communications

7. Ticket Sales and Refunds

7.1 Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets through our platform:

• Ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the organizer
• Prices include applicable taxes and fees
• Digital tickets will be delivered via email or platform account

7.2 Refund Policy

Important Notice: Akksi is not responsible for visitor refunds. All refunds are processed directly by event organizers. Akksi serves only as a facilitating platform and is released from any liability regarding refunds if the event organizer's balance cannot process the refund.

7.3 Event Cancellation

Event cancellation is entirely at the discretion of the event organizer. Akksi cannot control or influence organizer decisions regarding event cancellations and is not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations.

8. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors including Xendit, Midtrans, and Stripe to handle transactions. By using our payment services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment providers.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

The Akksi platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Kreatorku Indonesia and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operation purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Limitation

Akksi acts as an intermediary platform connecting organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for:

• Event quality, safety, or delivery
• Organizer conduct or performance
• Disputes between organizers and attendees
• Financial losses due to event cancellations or changes
• Refund processing or organizer inability to provide refunds

11.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kreatorku Indonesia and Akksi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through Indonesian courts or arbitration as applicable.
